Privacy Notice
Effective August 1, 2026
This notice explains how Still Standing Media LLC, the operator of Senvelle, handles information submitted through senvelle.com. It applies to this public website and its private-alpha access form. A future Senvelle service may require a separate product-specific notice.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: email address, and any optional name, organization, or message you submit with an access request.
- Limited technical and security information: submission time, IP address, and browser user-agent information used to operate the form, limit abuse, and investigate security events.
- Infrastructure information: Cloudflare, which provides hosting, delivery, and security services, may process request, device, network, performance, and security data when you visit.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential source material, legally privileged information, or sensitive personal records through the access form.
How we use information
We use information to evaluate and respond to access requests, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, understand service reliability, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use the access form for targeted advertising.
How information may be shared
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, security, communications, and business operations; disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or transferred as part of a corporate transaction. Service providers are expected to process information for the services they provide to us.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for access review, communications, security, legal compliance, and operational records, after which it may be deleted or de-identified. Security records may be retained longer when needed to investigate or prevent abuse.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification. Email access@senvelle.com. You may also decline to submit the access form and contact us by email instead.
Children
The site is intended for a professional and general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the access form.
International access
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website and Senvelle evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
