These Terms govern access to senvelle.com, operated by Still Standing Media LLC. By using the site or submitting an access request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Private-alpha status
Senvelle is in controlled private alpha. Descriptions, demonstrations, availability, and prospective capabilities may change, may be incomplete, and do not constitute a promise that any feature will be released or perform in a particular way. Access is discretionary and may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn.
Permitted use
You may view this website and submit a genuine access request for lawful business, research, editorial, or evaluation purposes. No other license is granted.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- interfere with, overload, probe, bypass, or attempt to defeat the site's security or access controls;
- use automated extraction, scraping, or collection against the site except as expressly authorized in writing;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive nonpublic implementation details, except where applicable law expressly permits and cannot be waived;
- copy the site or use its content, presentation, or outputs to train, benchmark, or build a competing product without written permission;
- impersonate another person, submit deceptive requests, introduce malicious code, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Senvelle, its names and marks, site design, text, graphics, demonstrations, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Still Standing Media LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. SENVELLE™ is claimed as a trademark. These Terms do not grant any right to use our marks, reproduce the site, or access nonpublic technology.
Feedback
If you voluntarily submit feedback, you grant Still Standing Media LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or obligation to you. Do not include confidential information or material you do not have the right to provide.
Synthetic demonstration and informational limits
The public capability visualization uses synthetic data and does not depict live events, real subjects, or real locations. It is not evidence of current production performance.
Site content is general product information, not legal, financial, investment, medical, safety, security, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it instead of official sources, emergency services, qualified professionals, or your own independent judgment.
Third-party services
The site relies on third-party infrastructure and communications providers. Their availability and handling of information may be governed by separate terms and policies. References to third parties do not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee access, security, completeness, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Standing Media LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from this public website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid specifically to use this public website in the prior twelve months or US $100. Nonwaivable rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your jurisdiction provides nonwaivable protections.
Copyright concerns
Senvelle does not currently provide a public user-content hosting or submission service. If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a sufficiently detailed notice to access@senvelle.com. This contact statement is not a representation that a statutory designated agent has been registered.
